AT ABOUT 150 FT AGL ON CLIMB OUT, THE TOW PLANE LOST POWER FOR AN UNSPECIFIED REASON. THE GLIDER PILOT RELEASED THE TOW AND EXECUTED A 180 DEGREE COURSE REVERSAL TO A DOWNWIND (15 KTS) LANDING.
