THE ACFT VEERED LEFT AND THE PLT OVERCORRECTED WITH RIGHT RUDDER AND A GROUND LOOP THEN OCCURRED. THE PLT SAID THE BRAKES NEEDED TO BE WORKED ON PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
