Factual narrative
DURING PRACTICE FORCED LANDING, AIRPLANE STRUCK POWER LINES SUSPENDED 20 FEET ABOVE LEVEL GROUND 370 FEET SHORT OF RUNWAY AND 750 FEET SHORT OF DISPLACED THRESHOLD.
