Factual narrative

On May 10, 2014, at 2025 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 140A, Brazilian registration PT-AGS, experienced a loss of control and subsequently impacted terrain near Cachoeira do Su, Brazil. The two pilots onboard were fatally injured. The instructional flight was operated by Aero Agrícola Santos Dumont Ltda, and departed from Cachoeira do Su Airport (SSKS). The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Brazil.
