Factual narrative
THE PILOT WAS TRYING TO LAND AFTER BOTH ENGINES FAILED DURING TAKEOFF AFTER THE AIRCRAFT WAS REFUELED WITH JET FUEL INSTEAD OF GASOLINE. THE WEATHER WAS IFR WITH FOG, LOW CEILING AND RAIN.
