THE STUDENT PLT STARTED TO RETRACT THE FLAPS DURING A TOUCH-&-GO LANDING WITH A CFI ON BOARD THE ACFT. THE ACFT VEERED AND THE CFI TOOK CONTROL. DURING THIS TIME THE STUDENT APPLIED THE BRAKES.
