FAA sealed Master Drawing List MDL 020280, dated February 2, 1980, or later FAA approved revision. UACL PT6A-34A engine is required with this installation. FAA Approved Serv-Aero Airplane Flight Manual No. 022280 dated March 17, 1980 is required with this installation. What is an STC?
A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
