These fire extinguisher cartridges are in accordance with the MASS Systems Master Drawing List No. 30980-1, "Slug Thrower Cartridges Master Drawing List", Revision N/C, dated\nJune 26, 2000, or later FAA approved revisions.

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
