THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN NEAR MIDFIELD WHILE LANDING ON AN 1800 FT LONG DOWNSLOPING RUNWAY. WHEN THE PILOT RAPIDLY APPLIED THROTTLE FOR GO-AROUND, THE ENGINE FALTERED.
