THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED IN A CORN FIELD SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. THE AIRCRAFT WAS OWNED BY THE PILOT WHO WAS FATALLY INJURED IN THE ACCIDENT. THE WEATHER WAS VMC AND NO SYSTEM MALFUNCTION COULD BE FOUND.
