Factual narrative
The Comisión De Investigación De Accidentes E Incidentes De Aviación Civil (CIAIAC) of Spain has notified the NTSB of a fatal accident involving a Socata TB-9 airplane, EC-LIQ, that occurred on December 24, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAIAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Spain. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by the Government of Spain.
