Factual narrative

On May 10, 2017, about 1430 local time, a Bell 429 helicopter, Slovakia registration OM-BYM, impacted terrain shortly after takeoff near Presov, Slovakia. There were four people on board; two people received fatal injuries and two people received serious injuries. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Aviation and Maritime Investigation Authority. This report is for informational purposes only.
