Factual narrative

The Namibia Directorate of Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation (DAAII) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Cessna 425 airplane that occurred on January 29, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DAAII's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
