THE PLT, FLYING A HOMEBUILT QUICKIE Q2, ATTEMPTED A LDG ON RWY 22 WITH WINDS OF 20K, GUSTING TO 30K OUT OF 250 DEGREES. AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT WEATHER VANED INTO THE WIND.
