On April 30, 2014, at 0318 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Robinson R44 II, Russian registration RA-06217, impacted terrain, near Inta, Russia. The pilot was fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation Interstate Aviation Committee.
