THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PROPER ALTITUDE DURING THE HOVER TAXI.
Factual narrative
THE NONRATED PILOT WAS MANEUVERING THE HELICOPTER, IN A HOVER TAXI, FROM SIDE TO SIDE, WHEN THE RIGHT SKID CAUGHT IN THE GRASS AND DIRT. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED OVER.
