THE ENG QUIT AS THE ACFT WAS OBSERVED PERFORMING ACROBATIC MANEUVERS. THE ACFT WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A FUEL SYSTEM THAT WOULD SUSTAIN FUEL FLOW THROUGH NEGATIVE "G" MANEUVERS.
