Factual narrative
THE TOW PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING A TAKEOFF TOW WITH BOTH ACFT STILL ON THE GROUND, HE STARTED TO DRIFT RIGHT AS A GUST OF WIND CAUGHT HIM. THE GLIDER PILOT DECIDED TO RELEASE.
