Factual narrative
THE ACFT WAS CLIMBING OUT OF 10000 FT, SHORTLY AFTER TKF, WHEN THE PIC LOST CONSCIOUSNESS. THE COPILOT TOOK CONTROL OF THE FLIGHT AND RETURNED TO BOSTON WHERE A LNDG OCCURED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
