THE PILOT DID NOT OBTAIN THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT WHICH RESULTED IN AN OVERRUN. THE FACTORS WERE ALTITUDE, WET RUNWAY, AND GO AROUND NOT PERFORMED.
Factual narrative
