Factual narrative

DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION FLT, THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE AT ABOUT 30 FT AGL. THE ACFT THEN ROLLED TO THE RIGHT & STRUCK THE GROUND.
