Installation of 12 volt cabin power system for portable electronic devices in accordance with Olympic Aero Services, Inc. Master Drawing List OAS-54-0001, Revision G, dated September 26, 2002, or later FAA approved revision. This system shall be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document, OAS-54-23.1529, Revision B, dated August 22, 2001, or later FAA approved revision.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
