Comments
This was originally issued as a domestic STC directly to a Canadian holder (Canada Turbine Conversions) by the Special Certification Office in 2001. When it was amended in 2003, it was then aligned with TCCA STC #SA01-111 at Issue 2. But TCCA did not assume State of Design (SoD) responsibility until Sept. 27, 2007. In 2018, the TCCA STC was revised to Issue 6 to include the GE H75-200 engine as a direct substitute for the out-of-production Walter M601E-11 engine. The applicant confirmed, and TCCA concurred, that all design changes from SA01-111 at Issue 2 through the current Issue 6 are all classified as “BASIC”.
