Increase gross weight from 3,400 lbs. to 3,800 lbs. when modified in accordance with Clarence H. Brent Drawings B-295-37 (3 sheets), B-295-37-00 (2 sheets), and B-295-37-01 stamped "FAA Approved" with a date of May 30, 1980, or later.
What is an STC?
A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
