ONLY STC, SN 5363: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons USA Basket/Burner system with the Aerostar International Basket, Part Number 52131, S/N RWS-602, and the Aerostar International Burner, Part Number 52350, S/N HP3D-3481. Replace the Lindstrand Balloons USA fuel tanks with the Aerostar International fuel tanks, Part Number V-15, S/Ns V94036 and V94045. The Aerostar International Basket/Burner is installed via the standard Lindstrand Balloons carabiner (snaplink) attachments.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
