Replace the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner system and fuel tanks with the FireFly (Balloon Works) Basket Model 4.5, S/N 428; the FireFly (Balloon Works) Burner Model T3-017, S/N 1453; and FireFly (Balloon Works) fuel tanks, P/N 3035, S/Ns 46836J, 46854J, and 44552J, and/or FireFly (Balloon Works) fuel tanks, P/N 3229, S/N 47517J.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
