The modification must be maintained in accordance with Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Maintenance Manual Supplement Document No. C07-2/79-10-00, Revision 0, dated November 28, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
