Fabrication of Ag-Air Systems Model 36000 Auxiliary Hydraulic System in accordance with Ag-Air Systems Drawing List No. 36000-401-MDL, Revision A, dated October 14, 2003, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision; and installation of this system in accordance with Ag-Air Systems Installation Manual No. AASI-IM-631, Revision I/R, dated July 17, 2003, or later FAA approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with Ag-Air Systems Rotorcraft Maintenance Manual Supplements No. AASI-MM-631, Revision I/R, dated October 14, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
