THE PILOT'S USE OF AN UNSUITABLE RUNWAY.
Factual narrative
THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TAKEOFF FROM A SOFT, SOD STRIP. PILOT ACHIEVED LIFTOFF NEARING THE END OF THE RUNWAY, BUT THE AIRPLANE SETTLED TO GROUND.
