WHILE LANDING, THE PLANE TOUCHED DOWN IN A CROSSWIND FROM THE RIGHT AT 15 KNOTS. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE PLANE WEATHERCOCKED TO THE RIGHT AND WENT INTO A DITCH.
