THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT, HE RAN OUT OF FUEL AND THE PLANE WAS DAMAGED DURING A FORCED LANDING. AN EXAMINATION VERIFIED THERE WAS NO PREIMPACT, STRUCTURAL ENGINE FAILURE.
