THE ACFT DESCENDED INTO TREES AFTER A NON-MECHANICAL ENGINE FAILURE ON A NIGHT TAKEOFF. THE WX WAS FOGGY WITH VISIBILITYLESS THAN 100 YARDS. THE ELEVATION WAS 6,750 FT MSL.
