THE ACCIDENT AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED MAKING SEVERAL LOW PASSES OVER LAKE BISMARK NEAR BISMARK, MISSOURI. WITNESSES STATED THAT, FOLLOWING THE LAST PASS, THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED THE WATER AND SANK.
