GLIDER WAS ON FINAL APPROACH IN SEVERE TURBLENCE. ACFT DRIFTED ON FINAL APCH AND PLT USED FULL CONTROL DEFLECTION WITH NO EFFECT. A COLLISION WITH TREES RESULTED.
