Installation of Hartzell model PHC-(C,L)3YF-1RF/F8068(-2) three bladed propeller. "-L" hub is eligible on 35 models S/N D-5331 thru D-7309 and all 33 models CD-1 thru CD-1254 to provide adequate nosebowl/backplate clearance. All other models use "-C" hub.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
