X, dated 7/26/2011, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, AAI Document No. E99-149, Rev. A , dated July 12, 2011, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, AAI Document No. E99-93, Rev. E, dated 6/2/2008, or later revision is required for this installation.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
