AFTER REACHING 75 KTS ON TAKEOFF ROLL, THE ACFT GROUND LOOPED TO THE LEFT, SHEARING THE MAIN LANDING GEAR IN SIDE OVERLOAD. PLT STATED LEFT GEAR SEEMED TO BE DRAGGING.
