Lycoming Part Number (P/N) 75906, valve cover gasket for the parallel valve engine models listed on Page 3 of this Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is being replaced with the gasket P/N RG-75906-SP, manufactured in accordance with Doug Price Co. Inc. Drawing Number 01, dated February 14, 1985, or later FAA approved revision.

What is an STC?

A Supplemental Type Certificate authorizes a major modification or alteration to an FAA-certificated aircraft. STCs are how operators legally install new avionics, change fuel systems, add floats, swap engines, etc. — every change beyond a minor modification needs one.
