IN A LEFT ORBIT THE HELICOPTER YAWED RIGHT AND CONTINUED THE RIGHT ROTATION TO IMPACT. AT THE TIME OF THE LOSS OF CONTROL THE ACFT WAS OPERATING OUT OF GROUND EFFECT AT 250 FT AGL WITH A DENSITY ALT OF 3751 FT AND AN INDICATED AIRSPEED OF 20 TO 25 KTS.
